The critically acclaimed thriller Argo plays today at the Penn Theatre. Screenings are at 7 and 9:15 p.m. All seats are $3. The film is rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America.

The name Kwanzaa derives from the Swahili phrase matunda ya kwanza, meaning first fruits of the harvest.
