Canton Pharmacist Convicted of Prescription Drug Fraud
Babubhai "Bob" Patel was accused of committing $60 million in fraud.
Babubhai "Bob" Patel is one of six people convicted in a Detroit-area drug fraud ring, according to a WDIV-TV story.
Patel, the owner of 20 pharmacies in the area, was sentenced Friday. The group is accused of billing government health programs for prescriptions that were never needed or received totaling $60 million, WDIV-TV reports. Patel is also accused of paying doctors to write prescriptions.
Patel also serves as vice chairman of the Canton Hindu temple.

this guy deserves the worst the law can award him...it wasnt enough that he had success, he had to be unethical and very greedy
