Share your thoughts on what you'd like to see in this prime downtown spot.

The space is a mid-sized spot that can accommodate a small retail operation, studio or small food establishment. One thing it can't accommodate is an alcohol-serving establishment; the city has liquor licenses capped in the city, with a stricter limit on the number of downtown liquor-serving businesses.
