Visions for Vacancies: What Should Move to 825 Penniman Ave.?
Former portrait studio space now is available. What would you like to see downtown?
The former Jill Andra Young photography studio space at 825 Penniman Ave. in downtown Plymouth remains available after Young moved her studio to 502 Forest Ave.
The space is along the south side of Penniman in a high-traffic area. It is located alongside another vacant space (more on that one in next week's edition).
Share your thoughts on what you'd like to see in this downtown spot in our comments.
The space is suited for a variety of uses, but Plymouth and its downtown district currently currently are at their respective liquor license caps, so any liquor-serving establishment is out of the question.

Visions for Vacancies update: Sun & Snow moving into former Sweets 21 space
We previously solicited suggestions for the Main Street space that had been occupied by Sweets 21 in downtown Plymouth. Sun & Snow, located adjacent to the former bakery, is expanding its store to utilize the space, according to signage on the building. Store employees last week were unable to provide further details.

A dog spa would be cool. Something that offers dog obedience training, Doggie massages, Paw-dacures, Grooming..... and of course some pretty radical clothing for the discerning k-9. We have lots of dogs in our community and it would be nice to see more businesses cater to our furry friends.
