Visions for Vacancies: What Should Move to Former RJM Auctioneers Site?

Old Village space, former home of RJM Auctioneers, remains available.

The former RJM Auctioneers space at 165 W. Liberty Street in Plymouth's historic Old Village remains available after the company moved its headquarters to 695 Amelia Street in Plymouth.

The space is ideally situated between Hermann's Olde Town Grille and Liberty Street Brewing Company. What would you like to see in this space?

Share your thoughts on what you'd like to see in this Old Village spot.

The space is suited for a variety of uses, but Plymouth currently is at its liquor license cap, so any liquor-serving establishment is out of the question.

What would you like to see?

Shops like haven , more unique and antiques. Why so many restaurants and bar types ? A cool ice cream shop or bakery or something like that.

A really cool BBQ place with live entertainment. Kinda like a BBQ version of the Bean. Or, another resale or vintage shop with "guy" stuff, like Paul's shop in the old bank building across the street on the corner was. Either way, change out the 1970's building front and make it back like it was when it was built in the 1870's like the other storefronts are.
