Anyone who has had to hang on the phone for hours with their "free-market" insurance company to see if a procedure is covered or not can tell you all about "quicker and better care.

High deductible huh? Well these are people that use the emergency rooms now. How would that helpRead More keep them out of emergency rooms? High deductible usually means that it only kicks in after X amount is spent. So how can the working poor pay for that X amount? This plan makes no sense to me.

Why don't you answer Denise's question, Senator? You state that you wanted this blog to be "anRead More open dialogue with the residents of the 7th District about the issues facing our communities and our state". Apparently this is not correct. A dialogue means a two-way conversation - not drive-by propaganda.
