Celebrate Canton's Spotlight on Youth presentation of this beloved family classic, Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Just in time for Halloween and very family-friendly, this enchanting Disney musical is certain to be a hit. Featuring a cast of more than 50 children ages five and up from throughout metro Detroit, Beauty and the Beast Jr. showcases the memorable characters of Belle, the Beast, braggart Gaston, clumsy Lefou and a bevy of magical characters including Mrs. Potts, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Chip and more. Complete with dancing and singing such favorites as "Be Our Guest," "Belle," and "Beauty and the Beast," the performances also feature a spectacular special event courtesy of Fantasee Lighting of Belleville. Show dates and times are Oct. 18, 19, 20 and 21 at 7 p.m. and two matinees on Oct. 20 and 21 at 2 p.m. All tickets are $15.
