About the Gosder Cherilus Foundation –
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Detroit Lions’ offensive tackle #77 Gosder Cherilus, a native Haitian, in September of 2009. The Foundation’s primary goal is improving the lives of underserved and underprivileged populations in the United States and Haiti. The foundation's purpose is based on the assertion, "Find a Need. Fill the Void." Like an offensive linemen protecting his quarterback, the Foundation dedicates itself to seeking out populations in need and providing much needed resources, funds, and services.
