This program will describe the prevalence of t obacco addiction among people with alcohol and other drug addictions\, t he relationship between tobacco use and recovery\, and basic information about how to quit using tobacco. This program is part of the FREE\, ann ual Dawn Farm Education Series. \; Our presentations offer helpful i nformation that supports people with alcohol and other drugs addiction i n achieving\, maintaining\, and strengthening their recoveries. The seri es educates family members on issues relating to addiction and its effec t on the family\, and offers information that will be useful for family members and friends in relating to people with alcohol and other drug ad diction whether they are actively using or in recovery. Professionals an d students will also benefit from this pertinent information.
