Do you know a family who is looking for a more intimate and personal educational experience specifically created to help children grow into ethical, compassionate and informed adults?
Please join us for our open house & ribbon cutting on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 3:30PM-6PM.
Branch Line School (www.branchlineschool.org) is a free, public charter school centrally located in Livonia and serving students in kindergarten through 7th grade (adding 8th grade in 2014). Founded and operated locally, BLS is a nonprofit, secular and independent charter school expressly designed to provide a personal, nurturing, child-centered lifelong learning community.
“Branch Line School was created by local parents and teachers who wanted a positive alternative to the ‘factory model’ of education that is so prevalent in area schools,” said Lori Brugman, founding President of the Board of Directors and mom to 7-year old Madeleine. “We believe that children deserve authentic respect for their creativity and individuality.”
