I'm a middle-aged professional without kids or pets, non-smoking, employed full time with great credit history and renter references. Looking for small house/condo/townhouse around 1000 sq ft in Plymouth or a couple miles near it (township is fine). No apartments. Prefer wood floors and covered parking for car.
