You Don't Have to Adopt a Pet to be an Adoption Hero!

Give a gift that every pet-loving person will cherish - sponsor a homeless animal in the shelter and be an adoption hero!

The Humane Society of Huron Valley is the humane society that cares for all of Plymouth and Canton's lost, stray and abandoned animals. The average cost of caring for an animal at our shelter is $302, far more than our low adoptions fees. This holiday season, help defray the real cost of caring by sponsoring one of our adoptable animals.

Your contribution will help us provide critical things like nutritious food, critical vaccines and medicines, and spay/neuter. We'll make sure to send you a note when your sponsored animal reaches their sponsorship goal.

Our goal - to fully sponsor the 150 animals in our shelter by the end of 2013.

This is also a wonderful gift for friends and family! Make a holiday donation to an animal in honor of family or friends and they can Be Adoption Heroes because of you! You will be asked if you’d like to send an eCard to your gift recipient or if you’d like us to send a notification card to your gift recipient in the mail.
