METRO DETROIT, MI- A charitable organization called Chicks 4 Charity is hosting an evening of wine tasting and appetizers to raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Livingston County. On Wednesday, June 12th guests will arrive at Red Olive banquet room located at 1059 West Ann Arbor Rd. in Plymouth around 7pm. Guests must purchase tickets in advance for a donation of $35 per person, which includes both the wine tastings and appetizers provided. Women’s Life will be matching the first $500 donated.
“Showroom of Elegance is providing a Sterling Silver Water Drop Cut Pendant on a Sterling Silver chain for the silent auction,” says Linda Robin, owner of Showroom of Elegance and member of Chicks 4 Charity. “There should be plenty of other items and services donated from other generous, area businesses as well.” Guests are encouraged to bring extra cash as the event will also have a 50/50 raffle, in addition to the silent auction. All ticket inquiries and donations must be completed by June 6th, no exceptions.
