Chili Cooks Crowned in Downtown Plymouth

Chili and motorcycle fans sampled more than 60 different kinds of chili Sunday.

Winners were crowned Sunday at the 18th Annual Great Lakes Regional Chili Cookoff in downtown Plymouth.

The annual event draws motorcycles and chili cooks from around the region, with the cooks competing in numerous chili categories.

There were about 30,000 samples eaten by chili fans, which is about the same as last year, according to Annette Horn, founder and president of the chili cookoff.
