1. Plan ahead: City Commission meeting tomorrow at Kiwanis Park
The Plymouth City Commission will meet outdoors at 7 p.m. Monday at at Auburn and Junction. On the agenda: Fire truck financing and discussion of payment in lieu of parking for the former 1999 Tavern site at 447 Forest Ave. and for the new development at the former Amoco site at Ann Arbor Trail and South Main Street.
2. Pull up and tune in for some blockbuster films at drive-in
Screening tonight at Drive-In: Captain America: The First Avenger (PG-13) with Transformers: Dark of the Moon (PG-13); The Smurfs (PG) with Zookeeper (PG) and Crazy, Stupid, Love (PG-13) with Friends With Benefits (R). Check the latest listings at the drive-in's website. Tickets go on sale at 7:30 the night of the movie, and all films begin at dusk (about 9:20 p.m.).
3. Tonight's forecast: Mostly cloudy, chance of rain
Rain is likely today as highs will hit between 72 and 76, according to WeatherBug.

4. Cheapest gas: $3.64 at Marathon
The Marathon station at 402 N. Mill St. near Plymouth Road has the cheapest gas in the area at $3.64 per gallon as of 1 a.m. today, according to www.michigangasprices.com.
5. Mel Gibson's 'The Beaver' wraps up at Penn Theatre
Mel Gibson stars in The Beaver, a dramedy where a troubled husband and executive adopts a beaver puppet as his only means of communicating. The Beaver is screening tonight at the at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The film is PG-13 and runs 91 minutes. All seats are $3.
