Fresh off its successful Haunted Block Party on Sunday, the Plymouth Old Village Association is wishing its neighbors a good morning and Happy Halloween.
At its Halloween-themed event, attendees stacked pumpkins, pumpkin-bowled and participated in a number of games and contests along Liberty Street.
