Pet of the Week: Happy Dog in Need of a Happy Home

Sassy is a 3-year-old Pit Bull Mix whose tail never stops wagging. 

In her blog, Deb Kern writes, "Sassy is such a patient and affectionate dog, in fact, she has become one of the favorites dogs with the Humane Society of Huron Valley’s Junior Volunteers, who all love spending time with her. When it comes to personality and cuteness, we think Sassy has it all. Her large and lovely ears stand up when she’s listening and her big brown eyes glow with admiration when you pet her.  Sassy assists our Humane Educator in presentations with school children and is a gem, always ready to go for a car ride and eager to learn new things."

All the animals available for adoption at the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations and have a microchip I.D. which is included in their adoption fee.
