What Does Great Parenting Look Like to You?

Parenting Awareness Michigan, a group that promotes education for parents and caregivers, is running a poster contest to honor Parenting Awareness Month.

In March, a group called Parenting Awareness Michigan (PAM) will urge organizations across the state to celebrate Parenting Awareness Month.

PAM's mission is to promote parenting awareness, education, and resources, according to the group's website.

Part of PAM's awareness campaign centers around a different poster each year that depicts positive parenting.

The group is currently running a contest to choose the official Parenting Awareness Month poster for 2014.

The grand prize winner will receive $100 and the winning entry will be created into a poster and bookmark with parenting tips for use in throughout Michigan.

First and second prize winners in four additional categories will receive $50 and $25, respectively.

Go to Parenting Awareness Michigan's website to download the submission form and poster criteria.
