Zombies, Princesses and Super Heroes Pack Downtown Plymouth

The Third Annual Pumpkin Palooza brought hundreds to downtown Plymouth on Sunday.

Downtown Plymouth was invaded by a number of mythical creatures - and their parents - on Sunday afternoon during the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce's Third Annual Pumpkin Palooza.

One dedicated dad even went as far to dress as a sheep while his six-year-old daughter went as Little Bo Peep. Plymouth resident Dan Stockton said his daughter Brooklynn came home from his aunts house one day and declared she knew what everybody's Halloween costumes would be this year.

"I called my aunt up and said, 'you put her up to this didn't you?'," Stockton said laughing. "She told me that she didn't."

Stockton said his aunt, a seamstress, made the costumes for the pair.

Other costumes spotted this year included princesses, witches, policemen and firemen, several Detroit Tigers themes - and one unicorn!
