The second annual dog walk will be held on Liberty Street between Starkweather and Mill. It is put on by the Plymouth Old Village Association in conjunction with Waggin' Tails Dog Rescue. The event includes a dog walk through Hines Park and pet vendors set up on Liberty Street.
