Howl-ween Pet Costume Contest

Pets are welcome downtown for a special Halloween costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place, and the contest is free to enter. Registration will take place from 5:00-5:20 p.m., with the contest beginning at 5:30 p.m. Pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and be both people and animal friendly.
