Fall Festival Under Way in Downtown Plymouth

Annual festival begins with live music and carnival rides — and a bit of rain.

Crowds braved some light rain Friday as the Fall Festival got under way in downtown Plymouth.

Carnival rides on Friday night were sparsely populated as crowds gravitated toward dry areas, but some attendees remained on the lawn of Kellogg Park to watch the Randy Brock Group perform on the downtown stage.

Families and teens populated the streets of downtown between bouts of rain, playing midway games and checking out vendors' booths.
