Gemini Plays for Kids in Kellogg Park

The band Gemini performed a concert for children Wednesday as part of the Music in the Park concert series in Kellogg park.

Brothers San and Laz Slomovits of Ann Arbor make up the band.

San said that they started off playing for adults, but by request of the teachers, they started playing at schools and loved it.

"We gear our whole show toward inviting people to either sing along or clap along or in outdoor settings like this , dance along," said San. "And kids especially just love to get involved in that stuff."

The concert series continues in Kellogg Park next Wednesday at noon with the Biakuye Percussion Group.
