VIDEO: 20th Annual Art Show Underway at Northville's First Presbyterian Church

The free juried art show will continue through Oct. 5.

In its 20th year, the First Presbyterian Church of Northville's fine art show and sale is going strong.

Artists and art lovers filled the church hall Friday night to kick off the show and sale. It will continue through Oct. 5, ending on the evening of the First Friday Experience in downtown Northville. The theme of the show is "Sharing the Gift Within You."

The exhibition dates are as follows:

  • Sept. 29: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Sept. 30: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Oct. 1-2: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Oct. 3-5: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

This year's Juror's Choice Artist is Wan Chuan Kesler, selected for her oil painting titled "Waiting to Start."

I stopped by today to take in the show. Spent a happy hour taking in all the outstanding art. Well worth a visit.
