Community Update

This management company is terrible. If you submit a Maintenance request it may or may not be dealt with depending on how the management company feel. I've had a broke drain pipe for the past 5 months, initially the reason the work wasn't being preformed was the ground was frozen. I seen the BLS rep on the annual inspection of the condos (The Winds in Canton, MI) at the end of May. I asked about getting it fixed and was told very quickly that the repair couldn't be preformed because of the ground was froze, as she had "told" me before. Funny, it was 80 that day, and the Maintenance man had dug a trench for the water over 45 days earlier. This isn't to mention the substandard subcontracts BLS uses. Gutters improperly installed and missing, shoddy roof repairs etc..
