Real BarBQ Raises Money for Gilda's Club Metro Detroit

Restaurant to donate part of bill to group during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Real BarBQ of Canton, 42452 Ford Road at Lilley, is going pink to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Wait staff will be adorned in specially ordered pink T-shirts, while $1 from entrees, deluxe sandwiches and salad entrees will go directly to support Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit beginning Monday, Oct. 15 and running through Oct. 31. This applies to all orders, whether customers are dining at the restaurant, carrying out or have placed a free delivery order.

“Many of our customers or their families have been touched by breast cancer, so we are proud to be able to support such a worthwhile cause,” RealBarBQ manager Jim Pinion said in a news release.
