Comedian Steven Crowder Performing At Senator Colbeck Event

For one night only, nationally renowned comedian Steven Crowder is bringing his own special brand of conservative humor to Plymouth where he will headline a special event in support of State Senator Patrick Colbeck. Master of Ceremonies for the evening will be WAAM radio personality Thayrone X.

The show will take place on June 4th, from 7-10pm at the Plymouth Cultural Center and is open to the public. General admission is $50 per person, with event sponsorships available. Refreshments will be served.

Steven Crowder is a stand-up comedian and actor, as well as a frequent contributor to Fox News. Crowder’s work has also been featured in the Blaze and PJ Media and he has been a host at the Conservative Political Action Conference. Mr. Crowder gained notoriety after a December 2013 confrontation with union members at a “Right-To-Work” demonstration in Michigan which resulted in Mr. Crowder being repeatedly punched by a union activist. A video of the altercation later went viral.

Senator Colbeck is currently serving his first term representing the 7th District of Michigan. The reconfigured district now includes Plymouth, Plymouth Township, Canton Township, Northville, Northville Township, the city of Wayne and Livonia. Senator Colbeck led the Right-To-Work initiative in Michigan’s State Senate in order to encourage job growth and attract new businesses. Under Senator Colbeck educational funding has increased and he is currently working on initiatives to improve road conditions without any new taxes.
