First Preferred Mortgage Company Cuts Ribbon on New Location

First Preferred Mortgage Company, a Port Huron-headquartered full-service residential mortgage bank, had a ribbon cutting June 8 for its new location in downtown Plymouth, 863 W. Ann Arbor Trail.

The Plymouth location is the third community location added in 2012, with three additional locations planned before year's end, according to a news release from the bank.

“We believe that buying a home is one of the most important decisions families make, so having community-focused branch locations, like our Plymouth office, is the best way to get to know community members, understand their needs and offer personalized service,” said Dan Sugg, vice president of retail mortgage in the news release. “Many of our employees are Plymouth-area residents and they are happy to serve their hometown and work closely with the community.”
