How did your business come to be?: I was a therapist first then became a yoga teacher after yoga helped me manage and heal my chronic back and neck pain that I developed after a car accident.

What kind of services do you offer?: Individual and couples counseling, life coaching, career counseling, yoga therapy, yoga classes, and yoga privates. I specialize in anxiety, self esteem, women's issues, depression and adjustment disorders which develop as a result of sudden and unwanted changes.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: I am a behavioral based therapist who teaches people how to identify and change maladaptive thought patterns with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an empirically proven method of creating lasting change.

What do you want your business to be best known for?: Bringing balance to the mind and body, because they are connected.

What's your most popular product or service?: Hard to say, classes are popular and my caseload is swamped so I'd say it depends on what people want.

When was the business founded?: January 2008, current location in Plymouth since February 2012.

Why did you choose to locate to Plymouth?: We are 3rd generation Plymouth residents and love our town. Living a lifestyle of compassion and mindfulness includes thinking about mileage to work, it was an say choice. Keep it close to home so I can ride a bike in!
