Perfectly Sweet Set to Open at New Downtown Plymouth Location

Sweets bakery opens at new downtown space Monday.

Something sweet is cooking in downtown Plymouth.

Kurt Lienhard is set to unveil his new bakery space for , located at 470 Forest Ave. in downtown Plymouth, on Monday.

Lienhard, who had run his business inside of downtown location since opening in 2011, said the new space will offer coffee and other drinks, outdoor seating, and the familiar Danishes, pastries, cakes, pies and soft german pretzels that customers already know and love.

"I can't wait to show Plymouth and all of our customers the new space and all of our great products," he said.

He also thanked Boule Artisan Bakery for sharing space with him as he launched his business.

"It's been a great nine months," he said. "We've had a wonderful business relationship with Boule Artisan Bakery."

The new location opens Monday. Hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Those looking for last-minute Mother's Day treats can stop in at the Boule Artisan Bakery location from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. today to shop for cookies and treats themed for the holiday.

I picked up some soft German pretzels at the farmers market today. Tasty!
