The former Steak & Ale building at 40347 W. Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township demands attention with its decorative decor and large sign facing travelers along the township's main thoroughfare.
When the restaurant closed after its ownership company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008, it left a sizable vacancy just west of Interstate 275.
