DevMar Development, LLC plans to build 92 luxury apartments and two single family homes along Plymouth Road, east of North Holbrook Street.
The City of Plymouth Planning Commission gave its approval to the preliminary plan during its Sept. 11 meeting. The project now must receive final approval from the planning commission and gain support from the city commission.
