How To Grow Healthy Grass After Winter

With 10 years of landscaping and lawn services under our belt, we know how to keep grass healthy, especially after this winter’s snow. Here are 3 quick ways to prime your lawn to get it looking pristine.

1)    Aerate. DIY’ers can aerate their lawns using cleats, if you’re up for the work. You can also rent aeration equipment from any lawn servicing store.  If you don’t want to DIY, hiring a good company is always just a phone call away, there are great ones all around town (contact us if you need some referrals.)

2)    Apply fertilizer. When it gets a bit warmer out, applying fertilizer is a great way to get your grass growing greener and healthier.

3)    Raking Your Yard. Again for those DIY’ers, raking your entire lawn is the best way to get rid of the dead grass and promote the growth of healthy, green grass come the warmer months.
