Plymouth Community Council On Aging To Host Arbor Hospice Presentation

The Plymouth Community Council on Aging will host the Arbor Hospice on Friday, February 21st ,  10am-11am at the Plymouth District Library, 223 S. Main Street, Plymouth.

The presentation will be “Five Wishes Advance Directives:  Making Your Wishes Known” Something as important as serious illness and end-of-life care should be something you are in control of. This presentation explains to adults the importance of completing an advance directive document to make your medical, personal, emotional and spiritual wishes known.  It is never too early to talk to your family, friends and doctor about how you want to be treated if you become seriously ill.
