5. Don't forget to vote Tuesday

Republican and Democratic primary elections are set for Tuesday in local and state races. Local races are afoot in Plymouth Township and Canton Township to whittle down the candidate fields ahead of the Nov. 6 election.

4. Canton Farmers Market is today

The Canton Farmers Market will run 9 a.m.-1 p.m. today at Preservation Park, 500 N. Ridge Road in Canton.

3. The Avengers continues at Penn Theatre in Plymouth today

Did you miss out on the blockbuster superhero flick The Avengers the first time around? The film continues at the  today with screenings today at 4 and 7 p.m. Showtimes are as follows:
