4. Huron Valley Ambulance Camp for kids is today and Tuesday in Plymouth

HVA Camp 9-1-1, which runs Monday and Tuesday at the is a free two-day camp open to children ages 8 to 12. The day camp's activities include touring an ambulance, learning CPR and visiting a local emergency room. HVA Paramedics and EMTs serve as camp counselors, teaching campers about safety at home and at play, how to perform lifesaving skills on injured victims, and all about careers in emergency services. The camp runs from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on both days. Registration information is available at www.hva.org or by calling (734) 477-6785.
