Yesterday's trivia answer: The first outdoor game between two NHL teams was an official pre-season match-up on Sept. 27, 1991. The game took place in the parking lot of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV, and featured the Los Angeles Kings and the New York Rangers.

5.GreyHeart Greyhound Rescue Meet and Greet at Canton Petco

Meet and learn more about adopting former racing greyhounds noon to 3 p.m. at Petco, 43465 Ford Road in Canton. GreyHeart Greyhound Rescue and Adoption of Michigan, Inc. is a rescue organization that began from a vision to save greyhounds from the greyhound racing industry.

4. Wedding Event Show in Plymouth

Spend the afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Inn at St. John's, 44011 Five Mile Road in Plymouth, for a wedding event show by Whimsical Occasions. There will be wedding exhibits, planning ideas and fashion. Meet leading wedding professionals, see demonstrations and try samples. There will also be chances to win prizes.

2. Contribute to Patch and Gleaner's virtual food drive!
