3. Scarecrows in Kellogg Park

Twenty-nine scarecrows are up in Kellogg Park.  Groups, businesses and families build and decorate a scarecrow in Kellogg Park to be on display through Halloween. Take a walk down Main Street to see them and look for our very own Patch scarecrow!

2. Show your P-CEP school spirit

Plymouth beat Canton on Friday night, but don't let that be the lone factor in deciding bragging rights! We're running a photo competition to show school spirit between Plymouth, Canton and Salem that will run through Canton-Salem's Oct. 19 game. Upload photos showing school spirit for bragging rights!

1. Plymouth City Commission, Liquor License Review Committee meet tonight

The Plymouth Liquor License Review Committee (LLRC) and Plymouth City Commission each meet tonight in successive meetings at Plymouth City Hall. The LLRC meeting begins at 6 p.m. and will address an amended operations plan for Panache 447 and alcohol-related incidents at other establishments in the city. The City Commission then will meet at 7 p.m. Among the agenda items is a proposed amendment to the city's purchase agreement with the First Church of Christ Scientist, which it is buying for downtown parking.
