CSX Railroad Announces Beck Road Closure
The road will be closed from north of M-14 to south of Compuware Arena.
CSX Railroad has announced that Beck Road will be closed at the railroad tracks just north of M-14 and just south of , starting on Monday, Aug. 29.
The road is expected to remain closed until Saturday, Sept. 3, according to information provided by the .
The closure, coordinated by CSX, will allow the railroad to make repairs to a road crossing. For information, visit csx.com or call 800-232-0145.
Update: According to the Plymouth Whalers, a potential alternative route to getting to the arena is taking Sheldon Road north to Five Mile Road. Turn west (left) on Five Mile Road to Beck Road. Turn south (left) on Beck to Compuware Arena.
