Downtown Road Closures in Effect for Plymouth Ice Festival

Road closures are in effect Thursday in downtown Plymouth as setup for the 2013 Plymouth Ice Festival begins at Kellogg Park.

According to a map furnished by the City of Plymouth, the following stretches of road are closed as of 8 a.m. Thursday:

• Penniman Ave.—a one-way road—between Main and Union (no through traffic)
• Southbound lane of Union between the Gathering Pavilion and Ann Arbor Trail (northbound lane is open)
• Westbound lane of Ann Arbor Trail between Union and Main (eastbound lane is open)
• Northbound lane of Main Street between Ann Arbor Trail and Church (southbound lane is open)
