Road closures are in effect Thursday in downtown Plymouth as setup for the 2013 Plymouth Ice Festival begins at Kellogg Park.
According to a map furnished by the City of Plymouth, the following stretches of road are closed as of 8 a.m. Thursday:
- Penniman Ave.—a one-way road—between Main and Union (no through traffic)
- Southbound lane of Union between the Gathering Pavilion and Ann Arbor Trail (northbound lane is open)
- Westbound lane of Ann Arbor Trail between Union and Main (eastbound lane is open)
- Northbound lane of Main Street between Ann Arbor Trail and Church (southbound lane is open)
