The former Kid Palooza has been rebranded this year as , a Halloween-themed downtown party for the family from 12-4 p.m. Children will be able to participate in games and activities, a haunted Fleet Street alley and receive free candy. Think today's youths don't get involved enough? The Plymouth Community Youth Commission would ask you to think again.
