1 League of Women Voters' Candidate Forum

The 14 candidates for four seats on the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools board of education are scheduled to gather before the from 7 to 9 tonight at , 50400 Cherry Hill Rd. This event is open to the public and free.

2. Canton Planning Commission

Members of Canton Township's planning commission are scheduled to convene at 7 tonight at the Township Administration Building to discuss a host of proposals.

3. Veterans Roundtable

Military veterans are invited to attend a discussion at , 223 S Main St., Plymouth on benefits at 10 a.m. today. Sen. Patrick Colbeck and Jason Allen, senior deputy director for veterans affairs with the Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, will host a discussion and update on issues in state government affecting veterans.
