Education Town Hall, help get Plymouth-Canton Marching Band to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and meet Canton Young Professionals.
1. Education Forum
An education town hall set for 6 p.m. today in the board room, 1150 S. Canton Center Road. Rep. Dian Slavens, D-Canton is sponsoring the forum, looking to hear from concerned students, parents and educators.
2. Meet a Lawmaker
Rep. Dian Slavens, D-Canton, will meet with constituents from 8 to 9 a.m. today at the Belleville Charhouse, 524 Main St. in Belleville. Meanwhile, Sen. Patrick Colbeck, R-Canton will host a senior safety seminar with a representative from Michigan Attorney General's office who will discuss scams, fraud and identity theft.

3. Help Plymouth-Canton Marching Band
The Plymouth Canton Marching Band is raising money for the members' trip to perform at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. All band fundraisers are listed online.

5. Plan: Canton Young Professionals
