1. Help Salem Rocks Football

Salem High's football team has planned a series of fundraisers with , 41806 Ford Rd. The fundraisers are from 4-10 p.m. Sept. 20, Oct. 18 and Nov. 15. The Rocks receive 10 percent of all sales during that time. Also, any catering order placed and paid for during the fundraisers will also benefit the team. (Catering orders can be set for a later date, but need to be planned and paid for on Tuesday.) 

2. Guy Louis returns to Kellogg Park

Local favorite Guy Louis returns to  at noon today for another installment of the Music in the Park children's concert series.

3. Compuware Arena offering the summer hits

Screening tonight at  Drive-In: Captain America: The First Avenger (PG-13) with Transformers: Dark of the Moon (PG-13); The Smurfs (PG) with Zookeeper (PG); and Crazy, Stupid, Love (PG-13) with Friends With Benefits (R). Check the latest listings at the drive-in's website. Tickets go on sale at 7:30 the night of the movie, and all films begin at dusk (about 9:20 p.m.). 

4. Tonight's forecast: Mostly sunny

Today will be partly sunny with temperatures between 80 and 84, becoming mostly cloudy during the afternoon with a 20 percent chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon, according to WeatherBug. Lows will fall between 60 and 64 with a 40 percent chance of rain.
