1.Taste of Greece Festival begins today

Wanting to sample some Greek culture? Stop by from today through Sunday for the . The weekend-long festival will include Greek drinks, dancing, food, children's activities and plenty of culture from Greece.

2. At the Penn tonight: 'Kung Fu Panda 2'

will showcase a family selection at 7 p.m. tonight. Kung Fu Panda 2, starring the voice of Jack Black, is the hit animated sequel to Kung Fu Panda. Want to win passes for the Penn? 3. New movies tonight at Compuware Arena drive-in

Screening tonight at  Drive-In: Spy Kids: All the Time in the World (PG) with Captain America: The First Avenger (PG-13); The Smurfs (PG) with Zookeeper (PG); and Final Destination 5 (R) with Crazy, Stupid, Love (PG-13). Check the latest listings at the drive-in's website. Tickets go on sale at 7:30 the night of the movie, and all films begin at dusk (about 9:20 p.m.).

4. Plan ahead: Plymouth football at EMU's Big Day Prep Showdown VII

The Plymouth Wildcats will face Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central at 11 a.m. Saturday at Eastern Michigan University's Rynearson Stadium, 799 North Hewitt Road in Ypsilanti, as part of the Big Day Prep Showdown VII as the prep football season gets under way. 5. Randy Brock Group plays Kellogg Park for Music in the Air

Next week is the last week for 2011's Music in the Air, but this week will feature the Randy Brock Group, which promises guitar-driven blues. The band will perform at and, as always, the concert is free and all-ages. Check our site Saturday morning for photos from this week's concert.
