1. Last day to register for barrier-free baseball

2. Let your dog off his leash at new park
Canton Township's 5-acre, gets a proper grand opening — presuming the weather cooperates — from 5:30 to 7:30 tonight. People and dogs are invited to attend the dog park ceremony, on Denton Road, just north of Cherry Hill Road (across from Canton Fire Station No. 3). Free.
3. Cheapest gas: $3.59 at ZOOM
Looking to fill up for your Monday commute? The ZOOM station at 14888 Northville Road and Five Mile Road has the cheapest gas in the area at $3.59 per gallon as of 1:30 a.m. today, according to www.michigangasprices.com.

4. Plan Ahead: Cruz'n 528 Car Show
Whether prepping for the Woodward Dream Cruise or trying to stay as far away as possible, car buffs can comfortably check out fine rides at , 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at VFW Mayflower/Lt. Gamble Post 6695, 1426 S. Mill St. (Lilley Rd.), Plymouth. Bring a classic car or check out others'. Money raised from the 50/50 raffle and food sales is used for veteran relief efforts.
5. Pull up, tune in for drive-in movies
Tonight at Drive-In: Captain America: The First Avenger (PG-13) with Transformers: Dark of the Moon (PG-13); The Smurfs (PG) with Zookeeper (PG) and Cowboys & Aliens (PG-13) with Horrible Bosses (R). Check the latest listings at the drive-in's website. Tickets go on sale at 7:30 the night of the movie, and all films begin at dusk (about 9:20 p.m.).
