1. Township, School Board Meetings

Canton Township trustees meet at 7 tonight at the township administration buiding, 1150 S. Canteon for a study session on converting the public safety department's radio system to an 800-mhz system

The Plymoth-Canton Community Schools board of education also meets at 7 p.m. at the district office, 454 S. Harvey St. Among the agenda items is a discussion of parapro staffing at the schools.

2. Park Players Present 'Macbeth'

Plymouth-Canton Educational Park thespians will stage Macbeth starting at 7 p.m. Friday and repeating at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, in the Gloria Logan Auditorium at Salem High School, 46181 Joy Rd. Tickets cost $10.

3. Join an Interfaith Conference

The InterFaith Leadership Council of Metropolitan Detroit, with The Chaldean News and the Detroit Jewish News, will host a seminar, Religion, Community and the Arts: Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4 Participants will hear speakers and tour the Detroit Institute of Arts' exhibit, Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus. 4. Listen to 'Sounds of Canton'

The singers from Sounds of Canton are set to perform their Magic of Michigan concert, set for 7 p.m. on Friday, 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday. This over-55 vocal music group will perform I've Got a Gal in Kalamazoo, Take Me Out to The Ballgame,‘Sweetheart of Sigma Chi and more.

5. Share Your Christmas Creche

The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians and are organizing a Nativity display, "No Room at the Inn," to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. Money raised by visitors' donations will help homeless people. The volunteers are looking for people who have a great Nativity scene to share or collect creches and are willing to showcase part of their collections.
