  • 9 a.m. Monday: Michigan's 21st District Rep. Dian Slavens, D-Canton, will host a coffee hour at the , 45250 Ford Rd.
  • 7 p.m. Tuesday: The Board of Trustees, 1150 S. Canton Center Rd. The board’s agenda includes vehicle purchases; the purchase of a 20-inch wide, 100-foot-long water main for the widening of Sheldon Road; a contract to rehabilitate five homes; and appointing Dorrie Milan and Robert Mosher and reappointing Linda Obrec to the Commission for Culture, Arts and Heritage.
  • 7 p.m. Tuesday: Plymouth-Canton School Board, 454 S. Harvey, Plymouth. Among the items for discussion: awarding a grant for the Bird Elementary School Solar project; new hires; tenure recommendations; a request for an emergency brick repair at Salem High School; and a resolution to adopt a new high school match course.
  • 7 p.m. Friday: Looking for a big basketball game? ’s varsity girls basketball team, fresh off a 56-32 win over , will host Westland’s John Glenn.
  • 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday: The first of three opens at the Cady-Boyer Barn, 500 N. Ridge Rd.
