In exchange for temperatures above freezing, nature will deliver all kinds of rain and possibly a thunderstorm or two before noon Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. There is a slight chance of freezing rain overnight.
The Weather Service has also warned that fog may be a problem for drivers after 4 a.m. Thursday. The fog should lift by about 7 a.m.
