Weekend Countdown: A Caroling We Will Go

Travel back in time at the Plymouth Historical Museum for "Old World Christmas Carols" with Simply Dickens.

It's day two of our tour toward the weekend, with us offering you daily ideas to help you plan. Yesterday we told you about the Central City Christmas Spectacular.

Today we suggest:

"Old World Christmas Carols"

  • Where: Plymouth Historical Museum
  • When: 7 p.m. Friday
  • Pricing: $10 in advance, $15 at the door
  • Why Go: Simply Dickens will perform a holiday program, "Old World Christmas Carols," at the Plymouth Historical Museum. They'll perform music from the 18th and the 19th centuries, with a few holiday skits thrown in the mix. The show is 7 p.m., but museum doors will open at 6 p.m., so you're invited to stop by early to check out its "A Red Ryder Christmas Story" exhibit.
